The Lawyer

Your lawyer represents you and provides you with advice in all judicial and extra-judicial matters and before all courts and administrative authorities of the Principality of Liechtenstein, before domestic and foreign courts of arbitration, and before international courts.

Your lawyer is obliged to secrecy. The professional secrecy of lawyers is protected by the law. You can therefore discuss anything with your lawyer without having to fear any indiscretion. He practises his profession independently, on his own behalf, and on his own account. Lawyers are subject to the disciplinary power of the Princely Court of Appeal (Fürstliches Obergericht).
